The Allgaier-Group combines clear structures and responsibilities for all its divisions, companies, and business partners worldwide.

The Allgaier-Group’s operations are subdivided into two divisions, Allgaier Automotive and Allgaier Process Technology, that operate under Allgaier Werke GmbH. As a holding company, the latter manages all the central organizational and management activities of the entire group from its headquarters in Uhingen.

With companies in the south and east of Germany, in France, Mexico and China, the Allgaier Automotive division processes more than 80,000 metric tons of steel and aluminum every year. A fine-tuned logistics concept guarantees reliable inventory availability and the just-in-time delivery of components to assembly lines of automakers all over the world.

With companies in the south and north of Germany, in Sweden, Spain, the USA and India, as well as numerous sales agencies worldwide, the Allgaier Process Technology division serves more than 30,000 customers in the bulk material processing industry. The division’s global core brands are Allgaier, Mogensen, Gosag, and Mozer, which are known for custom-tailored and innovative process engineering solutions.
